Hi guys! A lot of you expressed concern that you are unable to find the application! So here ya go,

just copy and paste this into the Application Forum!

These are basic requirements to become and remain a member of IRONFIST:[*]Members must register on the forums 24 hours from joining the guild, and frequent the forums on a regular basis.

The IRONFIST forums are the heart of the Clan. All important rules, events and announcements are posted on the forums. Members are expected to stay current on said rules, events and announcements at all times.

Members are encouraged to use the forums to schedule and recruit for their instance runs and other group activities. The forums are also the best place to arrange for a particular item to be crafted for you, or to offer your crafting services to the rest of the guild.[*]Use of Teamspeak is mandatory in most situations, including most instance runs and all raids (with some exceptions, see below)

A microphone is not required (although recommended), but everyone looking to group with other IRONFIST members must connect to the server to listen-in.

Teamspeak is not required for solo play, but a great way to meet new people.[*]We are all about helping one-another..

Members who take some time out of their own leveling schedule to help others fill their instance group or help defending from enemy griefers tend to see the favor returned more often and rise in ranks accordingly. We appreciate people who take initiative and offer to help others with difficult challenges, whether by joining a group that lost a player or scheduling instance runs or raids through the forums.

Same goes for material help. Any unneeded loot is expected to be offered to other members who can use it via guild chat before being sent to alts or sold on the Auction House. If no takers were found the first time, extremely rare or valuable items should be kept in the bank and offered on guild chat again the next day or be mentioned on the forums.

Likewise, crafters are expected to provide their services free of charge to other guild members, as long as the materials are easily available to them or are being provided by the member requesting the service.[*]In-Guild Trade Policy.

1. You may not charge guildmates for basic trade materials.

2. If you have the material to produce an item for a guildmate's use, you should provide for them.

3. If you are commissioned to produce an item that requires rare parts, it is expected that the member making the request will provide those rare parts or will arrange for them to be provided.

4. When you produce or find any valuable item, it should be offered to the guild before being sold.

5. If there is no guild need for an item, then feel free to sell it.

This sort of system, if adhered to by every member, ensures that all have access to good equipment and the necessary cash. Remain unselfish and the guild will prosper. Violate these rules and you will be asked to leave the guild after being given a warning.

Please consult the character thread to find a crafter if you have need of one. Reference thottbot if you need to know what you can ask of them. Provide your crafters with material, and feel free to ask them to provide for you.

Again, the above are requirements for all our members. Members who consistently fail to fulfill them will be subject to warnings, demotions and removal from the guild.
